Big district matchups, as well as head-to-head competitions within the Top 5, have shifted some things around with the teams featured in the previous LoCo Top 5.

The first annual NOVA Flag Football Tournament featured 16 teams across 3 counties. The Lightridge Lightning went 6-0 on the day, defeating the Colgan Sharks in the championship game, 12-6.
The Pride stayed within striking distance through the third quarter, but a couple unanswered touchdowns in the fourth quarter sealed the 42-24 win for the Vikings.
The Pride picked up their fourth win of the season in a 27-13 victory over the Vikings.
This year’s inaugural list includes a few teams that were featured during the 2025 season, as well as a couple new teams off to a strong start in 2026. Time will tell how things shake up this year, and it will be exciting to see the final outcome as each of the four districts is wide open for a new champion.
