(June 10, 2015) – The VHSL 5A North zone has selected its all-zone team for girls lacrosse. George C. Marshall High School senior Sophie Lex was named Player of the Year. Potomac Falls High School junior Sydney Knego was named Offensive Player of the Year. Stone Bridge High School senior Rachel Wisner was named Defensive Player of the Year. Thomas A. Edison High School head coach Elsa Girardo was named Coach of the Year.

(June 8, 2015) – Eight Loudoun athletes posted National Elite times at the VHSL 5A state championship in Newport News on June 5-6. Potomac Falls High School senior Chris Galloway and Tuscarora High School senior Kobe Robinson – who along with Broad Run High School senior Ethan Newland have made commitments to run at Division I George Mason University – both ran National Elite times in the 800-meter.
