(September 17, 2014) – On September 17, Leesburg rivals Loudoun County High School and Heritage High School met at Loudoun County to support pediatric cancer in their Battle of the ‘Burg volleyball match. The Raiders swept the Pride in just three sets (25-15, 25-11, 25-16). Loudoun County senior Addi Williams organized the special event including a Raider Riot “Gold Out.” Money from the event was donated to Kyle’s Kamp, an organization that helps support childhood cancer research. “It was really special.
