The Plains, Va. — Backed by two top-20 finishes, the Loudoun Valley High School boys cross country team took first place at the Great Meadow Invitational on August 28 in The Plains. The Tuscarora High School girls placed second, paced by junior Sadie Dillard’s 11th place finish. Loudoun Valley senior Aidan Soto and senior Truman Abbe placed 14th and 17th, respectively, on the boys side to lead the Vikings.
