Loudoun County, Va. – The Potomac District has selected its all-district team for girls basketball. Tuscarora High School junior Isabellah Middleton was named Player of the Year. Potomac Falls High School head coach Lynn Ewald and Freedom High School head coach Teddy Whitney were named co-Coaches of the Year.
