Loudoun County, Va. – The Potomac District has selected its all-district team for boys basketball. Stone Bridge High School senior Evan Buckley and Rock Ridge High School senior Alex Fitch were named co-Players of the Year. Potomac Falls High School head coach Jeff Hawes was named Coach of the Year.
