Washington, D.C., Va. — Derrick Jerry photographed George Washington University’s softball game against St. Joseph’s University in Washington, D.C. on April 11 and posted this photo gallery with 100+ photos! The Hawks took the early lead with a run in the top of the first, but the Revs countered in the bottom of the third to tie it at 1-1. St. Joseph’s University sophomore catcher Hailey Peterson (Riverside/2024) had two hits in the game, but it wasn’t enough as George Washington scored on a walk-off single in the tenth inning to win 2-1.
