Aimee Vincent is a longtime resident of Northern Virginia and a graduate of Fairfax County Public Schools, where her interest in photography first began in high school. Aimee was shooting photos with a film camera and developing black-and-white prints in a classroom darkroom as part of an elective class. Her interest picked up after having children, wanting to capture memories of them growing up. They were involved in multiple youth sports through the years that included baseball, softball, running, swimming, wrestling, flag football, karate, crew, and football. Aimee's focus then shifted to capturing the raw intensity and emotion of athletic moments, creating images that tell powerful stories, evoke the spirit of competition, and resonate with athletes, fans, families, and sports enthusiasts alike.
