Loudoun County, Va. — Cheers and LoCoSports have named their 2022 All-LoCo boys lacrosse team. Riverside High School senior Benny Kasoff has been named Player of the Year. Independence High School head coach Jeffrey Rutledge has been named Coach of the Year.
