Loudoun County, Va. – In an effort to better recognize student-athletes who positively affect high school sports in Loudoun County, Power Train and LoCoSports have teamed up to announce Freedom High School junior Emily Maier as the Power Train and LoCoSports Athlete of the Month for May 2019.
In May, Maier led the Eagles to an 8-1 mark, including a VHSL Region 5C championship game win over Potomac Falls on May 28.
Maier also picked All-Potomac District and All-Region 5C first team honors.
[adrotate banner=”46″]The Power Train and LoCoSports Athlete of the Month is selected from nominations based on student-athletes having great success, hustle, work ethic, attitude and heart.
Power Train invites all athletes and teammates of the month to either of their Loudoun locations for a free month of training.
